Join Us – Contribute to Real UK Legal Proceedings

Are you a law student, graduate, or legal professional looking to gain real-world experience in active UK litigation? At GAMBINO LAW LTD, we offer a unique opportunity to support complex, ongoing legal cases — not through hypothetical exercises, but through real, live disputes before courts including the County Court, High Court, and Insolvency & Companies Court.

We’re not a public law firm, and we don’t offer services to clients. Instead, we focus exclusively on managing private legal matters involving our Director and affiliated entities. As part of this work, we occasionally open up pro bono support opportunities to help with legal research, drafting, and case-building.

Opportunities for Law Students, Graduate Students, graduates, interns, and apprentices

We’re currently welcoming expressions of interest from:

  • Law students (LLB, GDL, LPC/SQE, BPTC)
  • Paralegals and recent graduates
  • Volunteers with strong legal research and writing skills

This is a voluntary role, ideal for individuals looking to sharpen their understanding of litigation and contribute meaningfully to active legal work.

Key Areas of Legal Work

Participants may assist with tasks across a range of live legal matters, including:

  • Property & Land Disputes: Trust-based claims, transfers under duress, contested house sales
  • Banking Claims: Account restrictions, negligent handling, fraud markers, data breaches
  • Bankruptcy Defence: Disputes over statutory demands and petitions under insolvency law
  • Hire Purchase Claims: Mis-sold finance agreements, defective goods, unfair credit terms
  • Contract Disputes: Breach of contract, misrepresentation, unconscionable contract terms
  • Civil Fraud & Misrepresentation: Forgery, document falsification, fraud under the Fraud Act 2006

Why Get Involved?

While the position is unpaid, we do consider reasonable pre-agreed expenses and offer:

  • Hands-on exposure to real UK legal proceedings
  • Opportunities to collaborate with counsel and external solicitors
  • Feedback on legal drafting and procedural understanding
  • Flexible, remote participation
  • Practical experience outside of traditional training routes
